I want to move from a HDB to a condo. I have around 20K cash and 20K in CPF. How much can I earn from my HDB to cover the 20% downpayment for a 1 million condo. I bought the HDB at 90% loan for 298000 and now the valuation price is 410000. Median COV around 30K.

Btw downpayment will be $200k.
5% cash -$50k
15% CPF -$150k (shortfall to be covered by cash)
