I wish to buy a 2+1 (study room) condominium unit.

Criterias

a. new launch TOP in 3 years OR existing condo < 3 years old

b. walking distance to MRT (max 10 mins)

c. basement carpark (will consider MSCP)

d. maintenance fees approx $250+

and my budget is is $600K for a 1,000 square feet floor area, which work out to $580 to $600 psf.

What are my options ?

Consider "The Acacias" 2+1, 1098 sq. ft. - just TOP 1st week April, brand new. Yes, about 10 mins walk to Serangoon MRT. Yes, is basement car park. Yes, maintenance fee is $255.
