I would like to ask something regarding the concession tax for owner-occupying scheme. I already own a condo, and has it taxed at 4% since i live there. If I buy a 2nd property together with a partner, and that partner has the property as his first one. Can he apply 4% since he lives there? will I be taxed as well? Thanks!
