Most established agencies have a legal compliance department running through all the complains and sharing the legal guidelines to the agents. We are also required to undertake professional indemnity before we are able to practise. Not sure if the above is able to relate to your concerns or if you have specific concerns involved in joining an agency, it is better perhaps to list down the concerns in details in order for us to look into it and address accordingly.
