I would like to rent out my office. Location in Paya Lebar area. About 1200sqft. Fully fitted. Is it difficult to find office tenants?

Hi Jazel,

As long as your expected price is reasonable, I do not foresee big issue in renting out your unit as 1200sqf is pretty decent in size.
