I would like to sell my 5 room HDB flat in sengkang and downgrade to a 4 room unit. Reason being is that my mum has recently applied for a studio apartment from HDB and it will be ready in 2 years time. And the studio apartment has to be paid in full either cash or CPF. As my mum does not have enough CPF for her studio flat (which costs around 65K to 90K), we need to sell our 5 room so that we can earn some extra cash to pay for her studio apartment. She currently has about 20K in cash, and we need to top up at least 60K. Pls urgently advise can this be done?
