I would like to sell my 5rooms unit at Jalan Teck whye with designer decor(master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, study room) and looking of 3rooms condominium and with full faclilities near Clementi town. Q1 - Any banks intown can offer 90% load. Q2 - If we can use our CPF to finance the installment? what are the term? Q3 - How much cash do we need to pay upfront.
