If an agent comes to the seller with the ready buyer to buy your property, should I still pay the agent the commission fee even though the agent did not carry out any marketing on my property nor do the agent acting on my interest in closing the deal. The agent brought the buyer to buy my house and throughout the whole negiotitate I feel the agent is on the buyer side then on the seller side. In this case, do i still need to pay the agent the commission fee.
