If an agent comes to the seller with the ready buyer to buy your property, should I still pay the agent the commission fee even though the agent did not carry out any marketing on my property nor do the agent acting on my interest in closing the deal. The agent brought the buyer to buy my house and throughout the whole negiotitate I feel the agent is on the buyer side then on the seller side. In this case, do i still need to pay the agent the commission fee.

for pte property. buyer dont need to pay commission. if you are not willing to pay agent fee. he/ she will not close the deal for you. for more question can contact me. thank you.

if you have engaged or allowed the agent to sell or mkt your hse, then you should pay commission to the agent.
at the same time, inform the agent with buyer that you have an agent serving you.ask the agt to contact your agent instead of directly with you.
