Hi,
Whether you qualify for a HDB or bank loan depends on your income and other criterias. So, the 1st thing to do is to apply for an HFE. This is the start of a BTO or resale flat application assessment.

Resale flat means you buy from open market from other sellers, not HDB itself. Loan depends on your income, age, monthly installments and credit profile, not the type and category of flat purchased.

1) Getting a housing loan is only dependent on the credit score and income.
2) This has nothing to do with buying a BTO/SBF or a resale flat.
3) You can apply for an HFE to understand whether you are eligible for a HDB loan and how much you could receive based on your income.
