If I have a HDB can I still purchase a Condo?

Evening Penny,
If you are SC and have fulfilled MOP, you will be eligible to purchase your second property without the need to sell your HDB away. However, you will need to note on the financial restriction on your second mortgage and CPF OA usage.

if you are a citizen and have met MOP of 5 years, yes you can purchase condo without selling your hdb. however the entry level as there is ABSD, and reduced loan quantums and CPF usage to contend with. thanks and hope it clarifies.
