Good morning,
There are no grants for resale EC as its considered private property. For resale HDB, yes if they fulfil all the eligibility conditions. For a 4-room size and below, if both are SC, and income not more than $14k, they can get grants of $80k. For EHG, grant depends on how much they earn and have to be below $9k per month income. For PHG, $20k is available if they buy near parents address (defined as within 4km).
