Hi Guru,
Currently I own a flat with my ex-husband which is open for sale March 2010. I am looking for a flat with my current partner. Can I purchase another flat straight once I sell off my current one? What are the things that i need to look out for? My current partner is a first time buyer. Will he be entilted to the grant?
