Hi Own stay,

It seems like you have an eye on a particular unit but it will be sold with tenancy.

You can discuss with the seller whether is it possible to sell with vacant possession. If the tenants are okay, the whole process is very smooth.

Unless they are nasty tenants, it's either you have to give up your dream unit if not, you have to buy it with tenancy and wait for the lease to end. Because they had signed an agreement with the current landlord so they have the absolute rights to stay there.
