i'm 25 yrs old and my parents had included my name into their private property since i was 21 but i'm not paying a single cent.... can i still buy an HDB with my girl friend ?

Afternoon Darren,

I'm afraid not. As long as your name is being included into any private property, you are required to have it removed within 6 months from key collection.
