I'm a first time buyer..can i opt out for HDB housing loan instead of the bank in buying the resale flat thru the house agent..?

Hi Nizam,

Of course you can do so. As long as you are eligible for the HDB housing loan, you can buy a resale flat through any real estate agent.

Prior to your home search, go and apply for the housing loan eligibility (HLE) before you search for a unit within your budget.
