I'm a Malaysian but not working in Singapore. I do not have any permit just the visitor pass.I have a bf who is holding an employment pass and he's the tenant for the condo,we want to apply a common law marriage pass from the Embassy of Finland where we need to show them the tenancy agreement that have our name in there,can the agent put my name in the occupant by just using my passport?
