I'm a single looking to buy a very old 4-room resale flat in a prime area. I'm not gunning for SERS but if SERS does happen, will I be eligible for a new 4-room replacement flat? since I'm a single. Will I be asked to downgrade to a 2-room or 3-rrom flat?
