A Single S'pore PR is not allow to own a HDB flat alone. However, you are allow to buy under sibling scheme (terms & conditons apply).

In this case, you are only allow to get a Pte Bank Loan.

Any COV you had paid for is the Cash Portion + the 5% of the Valuation Price is another Cash Portion that you have to set aaide.
