    Thanks YT, and my apology for getting back to you late. I've not applied for in principle approval yet. I did once last year and it should expire by now 1.4 to 1.5 is beyond my reach, I'm looking at 1.3M and below. If you have sellers who are willing to negotiate on their asking that would be great.
Hi Alvin, why specifically Bishan 8 or Rafflesia? Have you considered Bishan Loft? It's nearer to Bishan MRT as compared to Rafflesia and in terms of driving, it's nearer to CTE/PIE.
