I'm looking for a property that's in District 8. I was looking at Le Somme, 8 Farrer Suites and 28RC. These seem to be promising projects due to their location to the NEL, EW and DT line. I'm expecting a boom in capital gain and rental yield to happen when the DT opens. Is this expectation of mine warranted?
