Hi nura,

At the day of completion, you will be given a cheque for any net sale proceeds (cash part). For CPF part, it will be refunded back into CPF account within 7 days of completion.

I am not sure which stage of the transaction are you at now, so i hope the above-mentioned helps.

From date of resale submission to 1st appointment will be 12 weeks, then another 6 weeks to completion.
