Im looking to invest into commercial office for rental and own use. Recently, I was offered 2 choices. A) A new building Zervex with abt 56yrs and cost 400 plus psf. B) An old unit at Eunos Techpark with 46yrs left and cost 300 plus psf. The different in price psf is abt $100. Which unit should I buy? Pls help!
