I'm looking to join in this trade as a free-lance PA. How long does it typically take to be a qualified and licensed PA? What are the costs and duration involved.
I currently have property on hand to sell, and would like to find buyers.
Please advise. Thanks.

Hi Kevin,

In your case, faster become a property agent as you have a current property to sell. Let the commission just go to you!!

To be become a qualified Property Agent, you first need to join a company. And take up the fastest crash course - Common Examination for Salesperson. Expected cost would be around $1500 including course fees and examination fees.

But do not worry, I will be around to supervise u on selling the property u have on hand, even you are not qualified yet.
