I'm renting a master bedroom (just moved in a week ago) and have problem with the place. First the AirCon is not cold enough, the room does not cool down. Then the landlord switches off the aircon at abt 7am in the morning though she agreed to let us use the aircon till 10.30am. What can i do? can i terminate my 6 months lease due to these reasons.
