I'm renting out my hdb whole unit in woodlands. It's a 4S flat comes with fully furnished. 5min to MRT. No exclusive please. If you are able to find a tenant for me . The deal is yours. Any agent have ready tenant ?

Dear Unclerocksg,

Will you be able to provide more details of your unit available? Will it be available immediately and is it an approved unit?

I will also appreciate greatly if you can advise if you have any specific preference for tenants.

With regards to you mentioning, the deal is ours if we have ready tenants, are you implying that we will only be collection fees from the tenants and you are not prepared to pay any commissions? It is best to be clear up front before we proceed for any activities.
