In Nov last month we eagerly looking for a condo along Upp Bt Timah Area. However the agent has played us out after the viewing and trying to play with figures!! The owner asking 650K and agent said can deal at 640K. The next day she told us that someone has offered more than 640K. We then counter offer 645K, she confirmed the deal and said will contact the owner. After then she disappeared and not taking our calls, few days later we discovered the units already sold. The recent caveats lodged transactions came out and shown that the unit was sold at 642K only. Now is there any way which we can contact or compliant to the owner of the unit about the different of pricing? Is there any departments or association that we could bring up such an issue? We are wondering whether the agent has collected some ang bao from the buyer which offered 642K to make extra commission. Could not remember the agent's company as it is not very well know and only get her name as Alice!!!!
