Hi, there is no reason to do so as, the loan amount will be the same. Once you take up a HDB loan, when you approach a bank for loan, they will take your HDB loan into consideration and will not disburse another huge loan amount for you .

Hi,

Unfortunately you can't, only 1 type of loan foe the hdb at any one point of time. The balance of the purchase price have to be funded by cash + CPF OA combination.
