Hi Jerry,

I believe there are projects going on within that range for 2 bedrooms, but they are few and far between especially so if you are talking about 10minutes walk to the MRT. Furthermore, the available units may not be of your ideal sizew therefore you may wish to look at projects that are not so near to MRT.

    my requirement for around 10 minutes's walk to MRT is mainly due to convenience's consideration. However if there is buses near the condo, I also prefer.
