Hi Milopengz,

When is a good time to sell? General guideline is to sell when market is on the uptrend, preferably at the peak, but usually when the peak arrives, the dip pattern follows and the dip may be gradual or drastic. Smart seller or investor usually cashes out during the uptrend, makes 'enough' profit. One won't know when he will miss the boat.

So, is it a good time to sell? May I ask if yours a private or HDB property?
Resale private backlog is piling while new launches which experience some good months running high are also experiencing dip in sales these 2 months. HDB resale is still strong with more buyers coming into the market (may be due to more PRs and upgraders). COV is increasing. HDB Sellers have to exercise discretion on 'saleable market price', else setting too high a price may deter buyers.

In the property context, sell high buy high actually, unless one chooses to sell high cash out and rent to wait for a price dip and then enter the market to buy low.
