A new township will bring about new infrastructure (eg. North-South Corridor Expressway), new amenities, new housing (both private & HDB), new township designs which in turn, will boost demand and probably set new market price.
You will not only be the 1st mover in Lentoria, you will be the 'Pioneer Mover'!

Any new projects within a new township may see boom or gloom, therefore with a number of launches surrounding the Lentor region, this is likely going to be tricky when it comes to the potential returns. The positive aspects within this area is the MRT that is already in operations that brings along convenience if we compare to locations like Flora Road area, where prices are relatively stagnant over the years, with plenty of projects but supporting amenities has been relatively lacking.
