Good morning,
Location is of course important for landed properties. Especially for home buyers, there are priorities to be considered for purchasing a landed property. Should you have children at home and need to commute to and from school, should your landed property be far away from public transport, it may create a hassle for the kids transport. On the other hand, if you are looking for exclusivity of the landed property, you may look at units far away from public housings or amenities as exclusivity factor will decrease if you are near to these facilities.
