Is this the best time to sell my condo?

Dear sir/madam,
There is no best time to sell or buy a property, more importantly is what your objective is or are at the end of the day. For every intended sale, I have always asked my sellers why they are selling. Are they planning to buy something else? Knowing the background of their intention will allow me to better visualise what they are looking at in order to prescribe a more appropriate proposal that is aligned to their goals as I am a firm believer of building a long term relationship with my clients therefore I will not advise all my clients to sell whenever I can just to earn that commission from the assignment.
