I've a unit in Cavendish Park, 3+1 (1389 sq ft) high floor, pool facing, partially furnished for rental. Need advice on best rental rate & agents with potential clients.

Rental Should fetch abt $3.8k - $4.3k

Rental has came down quite a bit. Pricing too high for your rental will only helps other unit to be rented out first.

Suggest you price at $4.2K/mth.
