I've bought a resale flat with a 30K HDB grant. When I sell my flat, will this 30K grant be considered part of my CPF monies utilized with accrued interest as shown in my CPF statement when I calculate my estimated sales proceed using the HDB calculator provided or do I still need to deduct an additional 30K grant from the estimated sales proceeds? Need to find out as I want to make sure of the cash I would receive for the sale of my flat. Thks
