The cost for sales of your HDB unit is as follows:

1) Legal Fee: $600 to $2500 (depending on HDB or private lawyer, based on your mortgage loan type)
2) All upgrading fee or outstanding payment due to you
3) HDB admin fee: $80
4) Commission payable: To be discussed between your agent and you (2% is only a market practise)
