I've passed my CES back in Sept 2010 and looking for an agency to join as a part time agent. I would like to know if I still need to pay internal course fee and which agency can provide better commission than the usual 70/30 split.

Hi,

with a CEA, u can join Huttons and start at 80/20. If u had closed some deals at yr previous agency, u could start at 90/10. As our company specialises in projects, there are some internal courses that u need to attend. It is definitely worth paying the fees as Huttons have many projects coming up.
