I've saved up to 100k in cash excluding CPF, but i'm currently studying for my degree at the moment. However i'm very keen to buy a studio or 2 bedroom to earn rental but does not have experience in real estate. Anyone can advice? Thanks

Hi guowei ang,

For a private condo u have to pay 1% downpayment(option monie). within 2 week you have to prepare another 4% progressive payment(excercise option). the rest depand on loan you can achive from bank. singaporean can fecth bank loan up to 80% base on current market and the interest rate is low now.

In hand i got good Studio (sell with tenancy) & 2 bedroom unit for Sale. I oso can recomand good banker for you.
