Hi Gurus,
My OA/SA has about 65K and with cash about 150K, my annual income is about 70K. What is maximum loan I can get from bank?

I am thinking of purchase a condo with 3 bedrooms preferably South/East/West location. I have not outstanding loan and is a first time buyer. Any recommendation?

Hi Alex,

Give me a call or sms me with your contact. I will arranged a few bankers to call you, and my banker can give you an IPA (In-Prinicple Approval) on your loan amount.

Once you have this done, you will able to know what price range you can go for in a property. From there, I will be able to help you look around.
