Hi, Citylights is good in rental yield but my advice is maybe go for southbank due to future development along kallang estate...southbank consists of SOHO units which is the same as the central along clarke quay.Recently due to revamp of clarke quay the rental value there appreciate....I forsee southbank as the same as there are alot of activities in future.as for citylights,due to it has 601units there,it tends to be too compatative.
