Dear buyer,
It is easy to say we are serious buyers, however, if the budget we have set upon or limited to at this point of time does not match up near to the recent transactions concluded in Seastrand, it is still impossible to do deal.
Last few transactions of units you are targeting for are concluded in the range of $570k and has been very consistent in this range, thus, it is very unlikely that any seller would like to go down further unless there is a specific reason for selling even cheaper.
Perhaps you may wish to relook into your financial options and we can rework on your plans?
