Prior to entering this business, the candidate will be required to enrol for the Real Estate Salesperson course and thereafter sit for the examinations (2 papers) and register with a real estate agency after passing the examinations.
I started out in this business as a part timer too back in 2009 while holding on to a full time job as an engineer. It is definitely not easy as a part timer, however, it can be planned out accordingly if you are disciplined in this business. It is not a get rich quick scheme which you often see top producers earning more than 6-figures each month on facebook advertisements, but pure hard work and time put into the business before you can achieve these results on a consistent basis.
