It is not impossible, but the bankers will need to see how bad the credit score is before they can assess the application. There are also some financial institutions which can be a bit more flexible with the criteria. However, before proceeding further, it is important to get the in principal loan approval first so that we can calculate whether the move is feasible because from my experience, you will not be able to get the max loan as a result of your history.
