Hi Mr Chng,

It will be normal 3% buyer's stamp duty - $5400 with Additional buyer's stamp duty of 5% if you are buying with a PR spouse. If you are buying with a Singaporean spouse, there wont be any ABSD as govt will regards your first property as a matrimonial house.
