Me n my bf already have an 8 months daughter n plan to get married by this yr. There are few questions I want to ask.. How can we buy a flat as we don't earn much in a month, combined both below $2k.. Our combined cpf around $14k.. Can we use our combined cpf? Or we need to pay by cash? How much money we need to buy a flat? Thanks in advanced..

Morning, With your income status, you can apply for BTO units from HDB, if both of you are Singaporean. But if you are PR, it might be tough to get a resales unit. FYI Mike Lim 96929209  m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More

    Yes, we r both Singaporean.. As I know, BTO we have to wait for few yrs, but what if we want a resale flat? Is it ok with our income n CPF to get a resale flat?
