my age 40,single,i'm new singapore citizen n i work as mfg specilaist,my mthly salary gross$1800,n still rent a room here for$600,i 'm hoping that some1 here can helping me to solve my problem
i dont knw i can affordable to buy resale property that cost over$350k,n i m looking 4 3rm hdb flat that i can affordable to buy,n i first time buyer,my CPF acct not much,only $65k,i really dont understand how,what n where to search for help!!hope any1 can answer n helping me to solve my problem,i dont want to rent rm for the less of my life!thank you.

Morning Chris,

With your income status and CPF monies at hand, it would be unlikely to finance for resale 3 room flat within most area in SG unless you have alot of cash at hand. If you are to look at 2 room flat, you might still be able to managed. With your case, it's best to work on your financial standing before deciding on what to do. Alternatively, BTO 2 room flat might also be within your reach.
