My fiancee and I, have a total household monthly income $5000 and total cpf amounting to 40K (est). We do not have any loans obligations.
We are looking for a 5 rm flat, somewhre in Tampines/Simei. Minus the CPF Grant for first time buyers and the grant for buying a unit near our parents (Tampines/simei), would we be able to afford a 5 rm flat in Tampines? considering a possible HDB loan if need be.
Preferably,being a first time buyer, we do not have much cash at hand, max. about 10k, so we are looking for a unit with minimum cash required as well.
So what are our options? Can we possibly find the unit mentioned above,sometime in Tamp/Simei?
