My gf and myself are planning to look for HDB resales flat. Previously I had surrendered a new HDB unit due to separation from my ex-wife. HDB had told me that I will be banned for 5 years from purchasing a new flat from HDB, and no CPF housing grant for me which include staying near parents.
If I will to purchase a HDB resales flat with a bank loan, can I sell my unit after 2 1/2 years? What is the bank loan interest? I'm also worry that my past record will affect my loan eligible.
