My husband & I are EP Holders and are looking at purchasing an apartment around 1 mil. We have read that foreigners require a 20% cash deposit? Is this correct? We also have $60K in a CPF fund. Can this contribute towards the deposit? We would greatly appreciate if someone could outline the process & additional fees (ie. Stamp duties, agents fees etc)we would need to allow for. Many Thanks.
