Dear agent, previously i ever purchase a 3 room flat & then sell upgrade to 4 room, now i wanted to sell my 4 room due some personal matter & really need to downgrade 3 room..is it possible cause 2nd timer & should i need to pay levy if i'm using a bank loan? Currently i'm not working & only my husband is working, pls advise, thks

Evening Rosmaliza, As per your statement, your initial 3 room flat and current 4 room flat were purchased directly from HDB. Since this is the case, I'm afraid you will only be eligible for resale unit. FYI MIke Lim 96929209  m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
