My parents would like to rent out their rooms in Bukit timah. It is shop house 2nd level. There are 3 rooms and would like to rent out 2 bedrooms. The house consists of 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathing and 1 toilet. Very near to bus stop, bt timah plaza, king albert park, top schools and hawker centre. Please advice if any students or even models who is willing to offer good px to stay. thanks
